Guest guest Posted December 30, 2009 Report Share Posted December 30, 2009 Mushrooms with Baba Ghanoush 12 button mushrooms 1/4 cup purchased -OR- home-made baba ghanoush (see " Dips " ) 12 small flat-leaf parsley leaves freshly ground black pepper 1. Trim stems from mushrooms. Trim bases to sit flat. 2. Place a teaspoons of baba ghanoush in each mushroom. 3. Serve topped with parsley and black pepper, Serves 6.
