Guest guest
Greek Potatoes 8 large potatoes, cut into large wedges 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup water 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) oregano juice of 1 to 1 1/2 lemons sea salt freshly ground black pepper bouillon cube (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 440 F (220 C). 2. Put all the ingredients into a baking pan. Season generously with sea salt and black pepper and give everything a toss to distribute. 3. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown on one side. 4. Turn potatoes, season lightly with a bit more salt, pepper and oregano. Add 1/2 cup more water if pan appears to be getting dry, and return to the oven to brown other side of potatoes, about 30 to 40 minutes.
