Some red pepper flakes could be added for some extra heat. 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed with x cut on bottom 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) water 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) lemon juice 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) vegan margarine 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) Dijon mustard 1. Place sprouts and water in a 1 quart/litre casserole dish. 2. Cover and microwave on high 7 minutes or until tender-crisp then drain. 3. Add remaining ingredients. Toss together to coat sprouts.
