Guest guest
Ladies and Gents, As a new Gluten-Free Vegan, I tell ya, I want to eat a lot of chocolate and have it be good for me! What is a good and simple way to make gluten-free vegan oatmeal-chocolate bars? The other day I heated up some unsweetened bakers chocolate and stirred in agave nectar, rolled oats, walnuts, heated the whole thing a little and then let it cool. It rocked, but TOO chocolaty. Want more fiber. Then yesterday I mixed some cooked oatmeal with coconut milk, nuts and then stirred in melted chocolate with agave nectar... and no matter how much I heated it, it's TOO MOIST. Won't keep it's shape. I want something in the middle. A highly tasty way to eat oats and nuts and chocolate on the go. What do you say?
