Guest guest Posted November 19, 2009 Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 Cranberry Punch 1 litre/quart cranberry juice, chilled 850 ml (29 fl oz) unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled 1/4 cup mint leaves 750 ml (25 fl oz) ginger beer, chilled 1. Combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice and mint in a large jug. 2. Add ginger beer to punch and stir to combine. Serve. TIP: For a picnic, make punch up to the end of step 1.
