Guest guest Posted November 19, 2009 Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 Tofu Roast Source: Country Kitchen Collection 2 lbs (900 g) tofu 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 2 Tbsp (30 ml) oil -OR- water 1/2 cup vegan GF mayonnaise 1/4 cup GF soy sauce 3/4 tsp salt (or less) 2 cups GF bread crumbs 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp sage 1. Drain and mash tofu. 2. Saute onion and celery in water and/or oil. (More water will be necessary if not using oil while sauteing.) 3. Mix all ingredients and place in greased loaf pan. 4.
