Guest guest Posted November 15, 2009 Report Share Posted November 15, 2009 Veggie Rice You need to cook l l/2 cups white long-grain lice a day ahead. 8 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies 5 cups cold cooked long-grain rice 3 to 4 tablespoons GF soy sauce, to taste 1. Heat a wok over moderately high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat base and sides. Stir-fry veggies for 4 minutes or until hot. 2. Add rice; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until hot. 3.
