Guest guest Posted November 14, 2009 Report Share Posted November 14, 2009 Mustard Mash 4 large potatoes, peeled, chopped 50 g (1 3/4 oz) vegan margarine 1/3 cup warm non-dairy milk 2 green onions, thinly sliced 8 teaspoons wholegrain mustard salt and pepper, to taste 1. Place potato in a large saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. 2. Return potato to pan.
