I don't watch the view, but I know it's a popular show, and that alone means serious attention is being focused on celiac! It's sad but it seems like the only time diseases get serious attention is when someone in the spotlight steps forward and says I have that! It's good for all of us when they do though because they have the power to educate many and really get support and awareness widespread! I wonder if that is going to have a backlash with the people who say it's just a fad, and she's just jumping on the bandwagon.
