Guest guest Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 Mint Tea 2 teaspoons green tea leaves 2 teaspoons white sugar 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves 2 cups boiling water mint sprigs, to serve 1. Place tea, sugar and mint leaves in a warmed teapot. Add boiling water. Cover with lid. Stand for 5 minutes to infuse. 2. Pour through strainer into heat-proof glasses. Serve with mint sprigs.
