Guest guest Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 Garlic Spinach 2 teaspoons peanut oil 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 4 cm (1 1/2 " ) piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated 1 long red chilli, deseeded, cut into thin strips 2 bunches English spinach, washed, trimmed salt and pepper, to taste 1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Swirl to coat. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and chilli for 30 seconds or until fragrant. 2. Add spinach. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until just wilted. 3.
