Guest guest Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 Garlic & Herb Croutons half a 450 g (1 lb) day-old GF bread loaf 3 garlic cloves, crushed 8 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves 8 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves 8 teaspoons olive oil salt and pepper, to taste 1. Preheat oven to 220 C (430 F) or 200 C (400 F) for fan-forced. 2. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper (parchment). 3. Tear bread into 3 cm (1 1/4 inch) pieces. Place in a large bowl. 4. Combine garlic, thyme, oregano and oil in a jug. Add to bread. Toss to coat. 5. Arrange bread mixture, in a single layer, on prepared tray. Season with salt and pepper.
