Warm Coleslaw

 

 

8 teaspoons sesame seeds

2 teaspoons honey -OR- agave nectar

1/2 cup orange juice

250 g (9 oz) packet fine coleslaw (undressed) -OR- make your own

 

 

1. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Cook sesame seeds for, stirring, for 2 to 3

minutes or until golden. Transfer to a bowl.

 

2. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add honey and orange juice. Stir to combine.

Bring to the boil.

 

3. Add coleslaw. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until. just tender.

 

4. Stir in sesame seeds.

 

 

Serves 4.
