Hi all,

My latest recipes are attached.

Borlotti Bean MinestraPeanut Noodle SaladPesto FettucineSavoury Pumpkin Pie

(serve with asparagus)Mung Dhal (yellow)Low GI, GF Carob CakeBean Penne

PastaRice Paper RollsTahini Sauce & Hummus

These are mostly gluten free, soy free, sugar free, garlic and onion free, vegan

and delicious. I feed them to my vegetarian husband who likes strong flavours

and he enjoys them.

I say mostly because I occasionally use a dash of vinegar, soy sauce and lime

and I use stock cubes that contain a little onion. You can omit or substitute

these if you need. I have so many foods to avoid I work on the " best attempt "

principle.

I have only included quantities where necessary as these recipes are pretty

flexible, any questions feel free to ask. You don't need to follow the recipes

to the letter, except for the Carob Cake.

The total list of foods I avoid include:

Chocolate

Hot Chips

Crisps

Vinegar

Soy

Chilli

Raw Garlic

Raw Onion

Raw TomatoesRaw Capsicum

Leek

Coke

Fizzys

Alcohol

Sugar

Turmeric

Citric Fruit

Eggplant

Mustard

Ginger

Fejoas

Pineapple

Kiwifruit

Chives

Tea / Coffee

Fruit or Herbal Teas

Wheat

MSG

As well as all foods regular vegans avoid (dairy, eggs, meat, meat by products,

honey, etc)

Kind regards,

Jessie
