Guest guest
I found this fun bakery in Madison yesterday, the Silly Yak Bakery. All kinds of stuff! I brought home some apple/cinnamon bread, some buckwheat bread, Ranch dressing, brownies, Red Mill cereal that cooks up like Cream of Wheat, oat cereal & ..... hm, can't remember what else. Then went to Whole Foods & got broccoli, nuts, avocados, fish, a dark dark chocolate bar, sea salt. Gorged myself on marinated artichoke hearts at the olive bar! Now I just have to pick a day to start! Pam
Guest guest
Golly Pam, your grocery list sounded great until you got to the " fish " ! I just watched Dr. Michael Greger's 2009 review of nutritional research, and the issues with humans eating fish are really scary. Maybe you could let the cats have it. :-) Deborah I found this fun bakery in Madison yesterday, the Silly Yak Bakery. All kinds of stuff! Guest guest
I just googled him & there is a LOT of interesting stuff. Where can I find the review that you speak of? I didn't see it in the Google lists & there are pages of them! Pam Deborah Pageau wrote: > > > Golly Pam, your grocery list sounded great until you got to the > " fish " !
