Karen Newby/Quinoa recipe

My favorite quinoa recipe is Chickpea Quinoa Pilaf from Veganomicon. It's fairly

simple as well as tasty.

I always use Red Inca Quinoa. I think red makes the dish much prettier, not to

mention more appetizing than when the quinoa is essentially the same color as

the beans.

 

I've never seen coriander seeds at any store so I just use 1/2 tsp coriander.

Hi all, thanks for the info.

I went to the website and copied down the recipes.

I've tried some porridge already - quinoa, buckwheat & millet.

It wasn't too bad. I cooked it in the slow cooker with sultanas, coconut milk,

dessicated coconut & water.

My son had to take lysine tablets recently to fight get rid of a persistant wart

that kept coming back after being burnt off.

It did the trick.
