Guest guest
This is the most fattening vegan recipe I know. VERY rich white sauce. Everyone loves it but I'm afraid to tell them what's in it, LOL. Should make two 9 inch pizzas. White Sauce Pizza 1 cup Vegenaise 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp oregano 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) Mix together and spread evenly on crust. Then top with a 10 oz pkg of frozen spinach (drained) and some fresh sliced mushrooms. I've tried every kind of Vegenaise and at least 3 types of crusts and it's all good. Cornmeal crusts are recommended. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes (or whatever time and temp your pizza crust cooks). I just spread it all on one crust. It will look pretty bubbly and oily coming out of the oven, but will soak back in quickly as it cools. You can get about 3 cups of shredded " mozzarella " out of one package of Follow Your Heart vegan cheese. So I put the extra 2 cups in the freezer for the next couple batches. You could top it with whatever you think goes well with white sauce. I love spinach/mushroom so much I haven't wanted to try anything else, except for adding olives once in a while. The other thing I need are some high calorie foods for her. She's quite underweight and doesn't have much of an appetite. In fact he was off it for a month and was almost totally back to dysfunctional with his depressive disorder. sam-E is really the only thing that has helped him in 20 years of having a mood disorder. He says 5htp (tryptophan) is what focuses him and the sam-E gives him energy to do BL
