Guest guest
Hi Amanda; I soak them in a pot on the counter of the kitchen. Refrigeration retards the desired process. Changing the soaking water regularly and rinsing well helps keep them fresh. Deborah Deborah, I've always had this question. Do you soak your beans at room temp or in the refrigerator. I do shorter soaks (about 12-16 hours) at room temperature, but have been tempted to try longer ones. Thanks - Amanda .
