Guest guest Posted August 6, 2009 Report Share Posted August 6, 2009 4cl garlic 1/3c brazil or other nuts 1/3c sunflower seeds 1/3c pumpkin seeds 2c packed of fresh coriander 2/3c flaxseed oil 4T lemon juice kelp Braggs aminos to taste Blend coriander and oil until coriander is chopped. Add garlic, nuts and seeds, kelp and lemon juice until mixture is a paste. Add Braggs to taste and blend again. This pesto removes heavy metals and tastes great. Also freezes well. What made it worse is that I used the Indian name for it because I was taught to cook by an Indian friend's mother.
