Firstly, my apologies to those of you living in the US, this is an Australian

product ... although they do have online ordering.

I made the most amazing bread last night - a great crust, soft & fluffy middle,

fantastic texture, totally bendable, it rose beautifully, tasted great and comes

in a packet mix.

The ingredient list is unbelievably short: Maize starch, potato starch, flaxseed

flour, psyllium, pea protein.

You just add sugar, salt, yeast and water.

Its called " The Real Bread Mix " by Springhill Farm and is wheat free, gluten

free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and soy free.

Kim, this sounds SO good! Interesting ingredients --- the psyllium is a

great idea!

I am still a little shocked that it was actually as good as the packet said. You

know how it goes ... if it sounds to good to be true, then it usually is, but

not this time!
