Guest guest
I'm a new member, just wanted to say hello. I have been vegetarian for a year total, but was veg.on and off for about 5 years before that. I've been vegan now for a few months. I discovered about 8 months ago that I was having allergies to gluten. I have since then found that my allergies are more to eating old bread or pastries. In other words, I can eat freshly baked bread and not have any problems, but bread that is even a day old sets off my allergies. I enjoy talking about being vegan and eating gluten free and even " mold-free " which is what I do! I don't eat anything that is older than a day, because that is how long it takes for mold growths to set in.
