Guest guest
There are two recipes in the archives that I would like to try however, both call some sort of seed and/or nut and we can't do either. Below are the recipes. I'm most likely going to try the 2nd one cause the 1st one I have to sub the rice and the cornmeal already. Anyway, my question is...would the recipe(s) still work if I just removed those two types of ingredients? Or would it be a disaster? Or would I need to replace them with something...should I replace with Xgum? Crackers or Pie Crust Source: Cooking with Natural Foods II/Black Hills Health & Educ.
