Guest guest
This am I made pancakes haphazardly and left out an egg sub and the oil I usually add, and they were super yummy and held together fine! I don't know if it was magic or what, but I was amazed...thought I'd share what I did! 1/2 cup buckwheat fl 1/2 cup gf all purpose fl (Bob's Red Mill) 1 tsp gf baking powder 1/2 tsp salt (I used celtic sea salt--not sure that it made a difference, but I was just in awe) 3/4 cup rice milk 2 TBS honey Mix, cooked on a cast iron skillet in oil--yum! Not sure if it will work for others--just wanted to share. They were a bit dry, but totally solid!! I'm still perplexed about it! Hope it works for someone else!!!
