Apology: Couscous and Spelt

I am SO very sorry for posting a couscous recipe and bringing up spelt. I

had no idea they were not GF. While I am a sugar free vegan,(<- new), I am

not GF. I respect this list and what it stands for. For many years it was

thought my daughter had celiac disease. I helped her collect recipes but

there didn't seem to be a lot out there at the time. .

 

I will be more careful in the future.

 

You've been very kind to me about it and I appreciate it.
