Guest guest Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 Raita Fennel seeds give an aniseed flavour but are optional. 1 Continental (English) cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped finely 2 small tomatoes, seeded, chopped finely 1/3 cup plain soy yogurt 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, to serve 1. Combine cucumber, tomato, yogurt and coriander (cilantro) in a medium bowl. 2. Season to taste with salt. 3. Spoon into a bowl; sprinkle with fennel seeds. Serves 6.
