Crockpot Applesauce Cake

This sounds really good! Do you know if regular canning will work with a

crockpot? I've been thinking about that as I got another crockpot for

christmas instead of the pressure cooker I wanted! It's a nice giantic one

that the jars will easily fit into and the lid forms a nice seal. Has

anybody tried canning in a crockpot?

I can't wait to try these cakes either way! :) If they are as good as they

sound, serving size: 1! lol
