Guest guest
Thank you so much for all the replies to my question. I'm going to make extra and store it in the frig (or freezer). Can someone with experience using the flax egg replacement clarify? When you put the flax in the blender and mix it with water, does it matter whether you are starting with already ground up meal before you measure out the one tablespoon? Does it matter whether the one tablespoon of flax is the whole seed or already ground up seeds? Hope that makes sense:). best, Ellen
Guest guest
Ellen, I have done it both ways and haven't noticed any difference in my baked goods. I usually do it with whole seeds though, just because that's what I tend to buy. --Shawn - birdwoman5151 Monday, April 06, 2009 12:10 PM Flaxseed Meal + water OR Flaxseeds + water for egg replacement Thank you so much for all the replies to my question.
