Thank you so much for all the replies to my question. I'm going to make extra

and store it in the frig (or freezer).

 

Can someone with experience using the flax egg replacement clarify? When you put

the flax in the blender and mix it with water, does it matter whether you are

starting with already ground up meal before you measure out the one tablespoon?

Does it matter whether the one tablespoon of flax is the whole seed or already

ground up seeds?

I have done it both ways and haven't noticed any difference in my baked goods.

I usually do it with whole seeds though, just because that's what I tend to buy.
