Nancy, that is very interesting. They both seem to me to be archetypal messages

to us as human beings: that our deep Inner Wisdom comes from our instinctual

natural, as symbolized by various animals like the hard-working ant or the

free-as-a-bird. In other stores, it is a white horse, a whale, or a tortoise

and hare. :-)

I love this story!! It sounds like the myth of Psyche and Cupid, in

which Psyche had to sort a huge pile of mixed grains and seeds. Only

she had the help of ants, not birds!
