Hi,

I wanted to let you know I tried a delicious recipe last night that I got off of

Karina's Kitchen Blog. It is for a yummy gluten free Focaccia with tomatoes and

garlic and herbs. It has no gluten, dairy, eggs, corn or soy or rice, so it

should work for a lot of you.

I put a few comments on my recipe of how different adjustments I made worked,

just in case it is helpful to you.

We are making another loaf right now. It sure smells yummy!

Just had the gf focaccia with dinner and it was fabulous. What a treat!

I've been vegan for 10 years and gluten-free for 7 years, but was still having

allergies. I haven't had any flours or grains--even gf flours/grains--for a

couple of months. Went on a real stripped- down vegan, gf diet and feel so much

better.

I've only been eating any and all veggies and fruits and potato. Lost 15 pounds

and cleared up lots of allergies...

...but this recipe sounded so good, I had to give it a try! I subbed the

zantham gum with guar gum and left out the dried herbs.Used tapioca flour

instead of millet flour and maple syrup instead of agave. The result was so

yummy!  I'm hoping I don't have any allergies because I want to eat more!

Also the writing on the blog that this recipe came from is phenomenal; thanks so

much for passing it along.
