OMG!!!! OMG!!!!! Yummmmm OOOOOOO!!! I made this today, I was supposed to make

it a few weeks ago but kiddos got sick and party was canceled. Anyway, we made

it today for Mom's bday but more importantly so that DS could eat some cake as

well...and let me tell you....whooo hoooo!! I've never made cake on this diet,

well except Karina's Kitchen flourless cake (which is awesome as well!!!), and

was not really looking forward to it but I'm so glad I tried this mix....it is

out of this world!!!! And we made it egg free thanks to BL's tip...using carrot

baby food with Bpowder. So, it was not only gfcf but rice and egg free too!!!!

Yeeee!! And it was the best choc cake I've ever had!!! And for frosting we

used Cherrybrook Kitchen chocolate. That too is rice free!! So very good had

to share!!! We give it a 2 thumbs up! And DS was sooo happy to eat it...I mean

sooo happy! I had tears!!!! It felt so good to make him something soooo good

and safe for

him!!! DS' bday is coming up in May and I'm sooo happy that for his 3rd bday

he will be able to have his cake and eat it too lol!!!! Oh, and ice cream too,

thanks so Turtle Mountain!

I remember making this when we first went gluten-free, and I too was just

overjoyed at finding something that we could make that tasted normal. Enjoy

your cake. And if you feel like branching out into scratch baking, I think the

chocolate crazy cake or wacky cake is very similar to the Bob's mix but just a

little bit better even. :)
