Guest guest Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 Fruit Salad with Citrus Sugar Source: The Australian Women's Weekly January 2008 1/2 large pineapple, peeled, sliced thinly 1/2 medium rockmelon (cantaloupe), peeled, sliced thinly 1/4 small seedless watermelon, peeled, sliced thinly 2 medium oranges, peeled, sliced thinly Citrus Sugar: 1/3 cup white sugar 4 teaspoons finely grated orange rind 4 teaspoons chopped fresh mint 2 teaspoons finely grated lime rind 1. Citrus sugar: Process all ingredients until well combined. 2. Just before serving, layer fruit on a large serving platter, sprinkling citrus sugar between layers. 3.
