Florida crystals 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. cornstarch ground coriander, opt. In a small saucepan, bring the ginger to boil in a small amount of water. In another saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk. Pour in liquid from ginger, and crushed ginger as well, if desired. Chill in refrigerator. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
