Here's the recipe with imperial conversions.

Coconut Cream and Agar-Agar

These are beautiful and look lovely made in candy molds.

Ingredients:

400 ml (13 1/2 fl oz) coconut milk (preferably coconut cream)

400 ml (13 1/2 fl oz) water

100 gm (3 1/2 oz) sugar

4 tsp agar-agar powder

Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a pot & bring to a slow boil.

2. Remove from heat; add a little coloring & pour into mold. Chill

before serving.

Next time, I think I will add some fruit into them!

They will taste a little bit like Jello --- and are a dessert. They

are very small and well-formed when made in candy molds.
