Hi,

I wanted to share some new product information. I have celiac and can

not eat gluten or casein. So it can be hard to find nutritional bars

to supplement my diet - as well all know.

I tried the NuGo Free bars and enjoyed them. The two chocolate bars

are very good. The carrot cake bar is good but tastes more like a

spice cake than carrot cake, at least to me. I have had no issues with

these bars.

The bars are gluten free, soy free and dairy free (vegan). They are

more like a rice crispy bar rather than a dense fruit and nut bar. The

bars are 100% natural and vegan OU Pareve. They are certified gluten

free, have 5 grams fiber, and have 9 grams of protein. They are also

low in calories compared to most of the bars (150 to 170 calories,

depending on the bar).

Check out their Web site at the below link.

If you plan to order in bulk, call them to discuss a discount. They

don't post discounts on their Web site. A box of 12 regularly sells

for $19.

I also have been eating these bars. The carrot cake one was too

" spicy " - not sure if it was the cinnamon or something else, but I

liked the two chocolate ones. But a friend's son liked the carrot

cake bars - down to individual tastes, I guess. I was very happy to

find something with a decent amount of protein and a little lower in

calories that I can carry around, in case I can't find a protein

nearby. I get sick of nuts, and my daughter is allergic to several,

so I try not to eat them around her. How good they taste to me

depends on how hungry I am, lol, but I do like them.
