Guest guest Posted February 1, 2009 Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 Radish Salad 2 radishes, trimmed, washed, thinly sliced 1/4 small white onion, thinly sliced 50 g (1 3/4 oz) mixed salad leaves 8 teaspoons lemon juice 4 teaspoons olive oil salt and pepper, to taste 1. Combine radish, onion and salad leaves in a medium bowl. 2. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
