egg subs in pancake

Ellen, I would substitute 1 tsp. EnerG egg replacer for the egg in the

pancake recipe. It won't affect the texture and you probably won't be

able to tell the difference.

When we've made it, we subbed in 1 T of flax meal dissolved in 3 T hot

water, and it worked fine. :)

I LOVE Bob's Red Mill gluten free pancake mix, and my boyfriend (who isn't

gluten free/celiac love it too) We use EnerG egg replacer. It's in powder

form and works perfectly..I've never had any issues with it.

we consistently use the flax seed substitute with no issues
