Just want to ask if any of other members of group know if Soy flour is

a raising agent like Self Raising flour or is it just a flour like Plan

flour??

Thanks for any help.

Plain soy flour shouldn't have any raising agents in it. Some flours are

pre-mixed with other stuff, but they indicate on the label what's in it. If

it has baking soda then that can make it a self rising flour. Normally

though soy flour is just plain and you'll need to add stuff to it.
