Guest guest Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 Plain soy flour shouldn't have any raising agents in it. Some flours are pre-mixed with other stuff, but they indicate on the label what's in it. If it has baking soda then that can make it a self rising flour. Normally though soy flour is just plain and you'll need to add stuff to it.
