Guest guest
That's what I suspect too... fear of having to consider a change for themselves! I have found that I get a better response from people when I say " I eat a plant based diet " rather than " I am vegan/vegetarian " . It seems like they are inclined to put me in a separate catagory when I label myself but when I talk about my behavior, it is easier for them to imagine doing it too. Deborah Yes, I suppose so - fear of change - fear that your relationship with them will change, fear that they'll need to consider a change of lifestyle for themselves!
