I have a basic pie recipe that works for any type of fruit: blackberries, apples, etc. I mostly just use water or fruit juice for the liquid. I find this one step process much less trouble than the two step process of separate crust and filling. I'll check out the fat free vegan pumpkin recipe! Deborah BL, I make impossible pies and don't mess with the crusts. Fat Free Vegan has a good impossible pumpkin pie recipe. I sub the soy milk with cashew milk. Sherene .
