Guest guest Posted December 12, 2008 Report Share Posted December 12, 2008 Apple Iced Tea 3 peppermint tea bags 2 cups apple juice 6 mint leaves, torn ice cubes 1 small green apple, halved, cored, thinly sliced 1 small red apple, halved, cored, thinly sliced 1. Place tea bags in a large heatproof jug; pour 2 cups boiling water over bags. Stand for 10 minutes. Discard bags. 2. Stir in juice and mint. 3. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 1 hour. 4.
