Guest guest Posted December 12, 2008 Report Share Posted December 12, 2008 Avocado Dip 2 medium avocados, roughly mashed 8 teaspoons lemon juice 150 g (5 1/3 oz) vegan sour cream 1/3 cup chopped coriander (cilantro) 2 green onions, finely chopped 1 to 2 drops red tabasco sauce, -OR- to taste salt, to taste 1. Process avocado, juice and sour cream until combined. 2. Add coriander (cilantro), onion and tabasco; process until almost smooth. 3.Season with salt. Makes 2 cups.
