filling food?

Hey all!

 

So I'm allergic to most food on earth (Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Gluten,

Fish/Shellfish, Honey, Gelatin, Pears, and Oats) and I don't eat meat. Lately

I'm constantly eating, but constantly hungry. What are some filling foods I can

eat that will actually fill me up, and preferably that I can get at my local

grocery store?

 

I'm also curious about which foods are high in Iron and Protein, because I have

a low iron level.
