Guest guest Posted December 11, 2008 Report Share Posted December 11, 2008 Chocolate Custard 200 g (7 oz) dark vegan eating chocolate,chopped 2 cups bought -OR- homemade GF vegan vanilla custard 1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe jug. Microwave on High (100%) in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth. 2. Stir in custard. 3. Divide among 8 small bowls or espresso cups. NOTE: For best results, have custard at room temperature. TIP: For a simple treat, serve leftover custard with sliced oranges or canned apricots. Makes: 3 cups. Serves 8.
