Guest guest Posted December 7, 2008 Report Share Posted December 7, 2008 Lemon-Lime Slush 8 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind 8 teaspoons caster (superfine) sugar 3/4 cup boiling water 3/4 cup lemon juice 2 1/2 cups ice cubes 6 scoops vegan lemon lime sorbet lime zest, to garnish 1. Place lemon rind in a large, heatproof jug. Add sugar and boiling water. Stir until sugar has dissolved. 2. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. 3. Strain mixture into a blender.
