Guest guest Posted December 6, 2008 Report Share Posted December 6, 2008 Beans with Nutmeg 500 g (17 1/2 oz) green beans, trimmed 40 g (1 1/2 oz) vegan margarine 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1. Cook beans in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain. 2. Melt margarine in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
