Guest guest Posted December 6, 2008 Report Share Posted December 6, 2008 Gingered Carrots 2 bunches baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled 3 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 40 g (1 1/2 oz) vegan margarine, chopped 1 Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F) or 180 C (350 F) for fan-forced. 2. Place carrots in a large roasting dish. 3. Combine lemon juice and ginger in a jug. Drizzle over carrots. Top with margarine. 4. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Serve. Serves 8.
