Guest guest Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 Onion Relish 4 large onions, peeled and halved 4 tsp olive oil 4 tsp brown sugar 4 tsp thyme leaves 1. Cut onions into very thin slices. 2. Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan, and cook onions over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring regularly, until soft and dark golden. 3.
