Guest guest Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 Tasty Salsa 4 ripe tomatoes 1/2 small white onion, finely diced 1 clove garlic, crushed 4 tsp lemon juice 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil Tabasco sauce, to taste 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Dice the flesh, and combine in a bowl with the onion, garlic, lemon juice. 2. Sprinkle in Tabasco sauce to taste. 3. Season to taste with salt. 4.
