Guest guest
You could do. I use ground Teff for gravy, and I think it is ideal. It has a pleasant brown colour with a light nutty flavour that makes wonderful gravy. You can probably get Teff, whole or ground, in your health food store. It's one of the most delicious and nutritious gf grains. Deborah For the Mushroom Gravy for " Egg " Foo Young, what size can of mushrooms was used?
